English seedless cucumber (1)
Sweet red pepper (1/4)
Sweet yellow pepper (1/4)
Red onion (3 tbsp)
Garlic powder (1 tsp)
Garlic salt (2 pinches)
Onion powder (1 tsp)
Black pepper (1 tsp)
Parsley flakes (2 tbsp)
Balsamic Vinegar (1/2 cup)
Splenda or Sugar (4 pks or 3 tbsp sugar to taste)

1) In a mixing bowl, chop up your cucumber, peppers and onion;
2) Add all seasonings, balsamic vinegar and Splenda to the bowl and mix; and
3) Cover and place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes to an hour and stir before serving!
