If you have never tasted a Jamaican Jerk Turkey Wing, you are missing out on some delicious eating! This recipe is simple, easy and so delightful with just enough kick.

Turkey Wings (6 count)
Badia Adobo Seasoning (3 tbsp)
Garlic Powder (2 tbsp)
Onion Powder (2 tbsp)
Southern Blend Poultry Seasoning (3 tbsp)
Paprika (3 tbsp)
Lemon Pepper Seasoning (3 tbsp)
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning (3 tbsp)
Vegetable oil (1/4 cup oil)
Sweet Onions (1/2 cup)
Sweet Red or Yellow Peppers (1/2 cup)
Green Pepper (1/2 cup)

1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees;
2) Rise/wash your turkey wings;
3) Put them into a medium-size mixing bowl;
4) Add all your seasonings and using your hands, start covering your turkey wings thoroughly with all seasonings;
5) In a 9 x 13-inch pan, pour ¼ cup vegetable oil into the bottom of the pan and place each turkey wings in the pan;
6) Cover your turkey wings with your sweet onions and peppers;
7) Place turkey wings in the oven, uncovered, cook for 1 ½ hour until golden brown; broil on HI for the last 4 to 5 mins to give it a nice golden crisp; and
8) Remove from the stove, grab a spoon and cover your turkey wings with the flavorful juices below and serve with your favorite side dish!
