Collard greens (32-ounce bag)
Olive oil or vegetable oil (1/4 cup)
Sweet Red (1)
Yellow Pepper (1)
Sweet onion (1/2)
Red onion (1/2)
Adobo seasoning (2 tbsp)
Garlic powder (1 tbsp)
Onion powder (1 tbsp)
Balsamic vinegar (1/4 cup)
Splenda or sugar (5pks or 4 tbsp to taste)

1) In deep pan on medium heat, pour olive oil and let heat for 3 minutes;
2) Add collard greens to the pan and cover for 15-20 minutes (stir frequently)
3) Chop your onions and peppers, then add them to the pan on medium heat for 10-15 minutes;
4) Add your seasonings and balsamic vinegar and mix, reduce heat for 10 minutes; and
5) Add your sugar to taste, stir, cover and let simmer for 5-10 minutes before serving.
