Barilla ready to bake lasagna noodles (1 pack)
Prego traditional sauce (24 ounce)
Spinach (8 cups sauteed)
Mushrooms (2 cups sauteed)
Sweet onions (1 cup)
Sweet red pepper (1)
Sweet yellow pepper (1)
Ricotta cheese (1/2 cup)
Mexican 5 blend cheeses (4 cups)

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees;
2) Saute 8 cups of spinach on top of the stove, drain and put in bowl;
3) Saute mushrooms on top of stove, drain and put in separate bowl;
4) Saute sweet onions, red and yellow peppers together on top of stove and put in separate bowl;
5) In 9×13’ pan spread marina sauce on the bottom, place lasagna noodles next, place mushrooms, spinach, onion and peppers, then layer it with cheese;
6) Continue to layer until ingredients are out, then cover last layer with ricotta cheese and layer 5 cheese on top; and
7) Cover with aluminum foil, place in over for 45 mins to an hour, let cool and serve!
